Alexander W. RichterAlexander Richter joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas as senior economist in May 2016. He received his PhD from Indiana University in May 2012. Prior to joining the bank, Richter was an assistant professor in the Department of Economics at Auburn University for four years. His research interests include monetary policy, fiscal policy, computational economics and Bayesian econometrics. His recent work focuses on the macroeconomic effects of uncertainty and the Fed’s zero interest rate policy.
